As of 1 January 2024, the TTS Group has acquired Purtec Kunststoftechniek BV, based in Heerhugowaard. Following this acquisition, Purtec will continue to operate as an independent entity under the name Purtec Polyurethane Technology BV from its current location.
This acquisition expands the TTS Group’s service offerings, enabling them to better meet the diverse needs of their customers. Purtec, established in 1980 and employing 16 staff, specializes in casting electronics with polyurethane resin, a service also offered by Reijnen Sealing BV, part of the TTS Group.
Through collaboration within the TTS Group, the future of Purtec is secured, and the company will continue its professionalization. Former owner and director Dick de Bruijn will remain as an advisor, providing support to the TTS Group.
Both parties look forward to a successful partnership.
